Responsibilities:
Editing video footage on TikTok & Instagram in a way that is invisible to the audience.
Taking a brief to grasp the production team's needs and specifications.
Improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and faulty footage
Reviewing shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes' value and contribution to continuity.
Consult with stakeholders from production to the post-production process.
Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven min 1-year work experience as a Video Editor (fresh graduates with internship/freelance experience are welcome to apply)
Bachelor's degree.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Have an understanding of TikTok and Instagram, its algorithm.
Having experience in editing footage or at least familiarity with beauty products for TikTok & Instagram would be an advantage.
Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages.
Familiarity with special effects, and compositing on TikTok & Instagram.
Creative mind and storytelling skills. Able to join immediately and can follow
WFO policy (Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta).
