Hebe Beauty Style is beauty company that was first launched and debuted in the Indonesian market in mid-2018. Upholding the philosophy of beauty and then combining the sophistication of science and technology with the goodness of nature to produce products that are more than just temporary solutions, but guarantee with quality that can last longer.

We are hiring a candidate for Videographer and Editor. The details of this position will be attached below:

What would you do:

-Lead the end-to-end video process: shooting, editing, and post-production

-Create visually beauty videos: product shots, tutorials, campaigns, BTS, etc.

-Strong focus on editing rhythm, color grading, and aesthetic mood

-Ensure every frame aligns with our brands visual direction and tone

-Collaborate closely with the social media team, marketing, and creative team.

-Maintain high production quality even on tight timelines

-Explore new visual styles, effects, and editing techniques to stay fresh and trendy

-Willing to travel for out-of-town events or shooting assignments

What we are looking for:

-3+ years of experience as a videographer & video editor, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry

-Strong editing skills and cinematic storytelling sense

-Advanced in color grading

-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, After Effects)

-Great eye for beauty visuals, skin tones, and aesthetic detail

-Able to lead shoots independently and direct talents if needed

-Up to date with trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube

-Basic motion graphics skills or knowledge in product animation
