Villa Naya is a private luxury resort with 6 villas and a maximum of 12 guests. Our concept is exclusive and professional service with a warm, family-like charm. We are building a small but strong team - every member is an allrounder, able to provide a paradise-like guest experience.

As a Villa Allrounder Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent service across all areas of hospitality:

• Prepare daily breakfast and a small à la carte menu for lunch/dinner

• Menu planning, grocery shopping, and kitchen hygiene

• Drinks: coffee, smoothies, cocktails, and poolside beverages

• Table service and warm, professional guest interaction

• Daily cleaning of villas and common areas

• Laundry handling (coordinate with external laundry service)

• Ensure rooms and facilities are always clean, fresh, and welcoming

• Butler service: luggage assistance, serving drinks, handling small guest requests

• Welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out (Airbnb/Booking.com system knowledge is a plus)

• Answer guest requests with professionalism and friendliness

• Communicate clearly in English - even with guests who speak only basic English

• Report issues proactively (maintenance, repairs, improvements)

• Simple accounting (receipts, small cash flow)

• Support with online booking systems and guest communication

• Previous experience in hospitality (villa, hotel, resort, or restaurant)

• Good to very good conversational English (menu explanation, guest communication)

• Strong skills in at least one area (kitchen, service, or housekeeping) but open to learning all

• Friendly, reliable, professional, and proactive - guests should feel they are in paradise

• Long-term commitment (not seasonal or short-term)

• Accommodation: 2 staff rooms available

• IDR 4.000.000 - 6.000.000 / month (depending on experience & English)
