Key Responsibilities :
Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently to enhance overall guest satisfaction
Ensure all villa amenities and facilities are fully operational and meet quality standards prior to guest arrival
Oversee the daily operations of the villa, including housekeeping, maintenance, and landscaping
Manage inventory levels for essential supplies such as linens, toiletries, and kitchen items
Ensure timely procurement of high-quality supplies in coordination with purchasing staff
Provide regular updates to the management regarding guest experiences, operational challenges, and the financial performance of the villa
General Qualifications
Proven Experience : Minimum 4 years as a Villa Coordinator/Housekeeping Supervisor/Front Office Supervisor, or 2 years as Asst. Villa Manager, or 1 Year as Villa Manager within the villa management or Hospitality industry
Multitasking & Resilience : Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
Language & Communication : Fluent in English and Indonesian and strong communication skills
