Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently to enhance overall guest satisfaction

  • Ensure all villa amenities and facilities are fully operational and meet quality standards prior to guest arrival

  • Oversee the daily operations of the villa, including housekeeping, maintenance, and landscaping

  • Manage inventory levels for essential supplies such as linens, toiletries, and kitchen items

  • Ensure timely procurement of high-quality supplies in coordination with purchasing staff

  • Provide regular updates to the management regarding guest experiences, operational challenges, and the financial performance of the villa

General Qualifications

  • Proven Experience : Minimum 4 years as a Villa Coordinator/Housekeeping Supervisor/Front Office Supervisor, or 2 years as Asst. Villa Manager, or 1 Year as Villa Manager within the villa management or Hospitality industry

  • Multitasking & Resilience : Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure

  • Language & Communication : Fluent in English and Indonesian and strong communication skills
