Villa Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, organised, and professional Villa/Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boutique villas. This role is perfect for someone with experience in hospitality who can confidently manage guests, staff, and property logistics.

Key Responsibilities

•   Manage and ensure smooth, professional, and punctual check-ins and check-outs.

•   Communicate with guests before and during their stay via phone and messaging apps.

•   Ensure villas are consistently clean, guest-ready, and well-stocked.

•   Handle light administrative tasks and reporting (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, basic scheduling).

•   Provide feedback and suggestions to improve operations and handle day-to-day issues.

•   Oversee and assist with occasional property maintenance.

•   Coordinate and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

•   Excellent spoken and written English.

•   Minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality or property management industry.

•   Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

•   Proactive, well organised, reliable, and able to solve problem independently.

•   Hard working and calm under pressure, especially during guest turnovers.

•   Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional late check-ins.

•   Comfortable using Google Drive, WhatsApp, and calendar tools.

•   Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, and hospitality platforms.

•   Based in Seminyak (preferred).

•   Own and be able to ride a motorbike.
