Visual Merchandiser

Job Description:

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating attractive product displays that reflect our brand identity and enhance customer engagement. You will collaborate with the marketing, branding, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all retail touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

• Design, arrange, and maintain product displays in stores, events, and pop-up booths according to brand guidelines.

• Develop creative decoration concepts, signage, and promotional materials to support product campaigns.

• Ensure product availability and organization following visual planograms.

• Research visual trends and implement ideas to boost customer engagement.

• Prepare reports and documentation of visual setups (photos, videos, and placement records).

• Coordinate with teams to plan merchandising needs, event setups, and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Design, Art, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser, Retail Designer, or similar role (experience in skincare/beauty industry preferred).

• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and strong visual design skills.

• Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, or equivalent).

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
