JOB DESCRIPTION:

To deliver excellent customer service by serving gelato and beverages in a fast, friendly, and professional manner. The Gelato Server acts as the face of the brand, creating a positive customer experience through direct interaction, product knowledge, and consistent service standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve gelato and related products in accordance with service standards.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.

• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.

• Clean the workstation, customer tables, and equipment according to the assigned shift.

• Handle customer complaints appropriately and report them to the supervisor if necessary.

REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

• Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry or customer service is preferred.

• Possesses excellent communication skills, riendly, and maintains a neat appearance.

• Detail-oriented, fast-paced, and able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Capable of operating a cash register/POS system (training will be provided if necessary).

• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
