As the Waitress, you must be courteous, neat, and dependable to support the office by preparing and serving beverages to the guests, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and assisting with light office support tasks. The ideal candidate is punctual, well-groomed, and has a friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to the guests.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry/kitchen area at all times.

• Ensure cups, glasses, and utensils are washed, dried, and stored properly.

• Replenish pantry supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, and snacks.

• Assist with setting up refreshments for meetings or events as needed.

• Assist with basic office errands and deliveries within the office.

• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as meeting rooms, reception, etc.

• Report any kitchen or pantry issues to the administrative team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.

• Neat and presentable appearance.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Polite, respectful, and customer-service-oriented.

• Physical stamina to be on feet for extended periods.
