Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when requested.

• Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner.

• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Follow all health and safety regulations.

• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

• Support other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred.

• Languages: Basic English proficiency is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Personality: Friendly, polite, energetic, and well-groomed appearance.

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Good memory and attention to detail

• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
