About Us

We are looking for an Waitress to support the pre-opening launch of Ibu Kota, our newest restaurant concept on Nelayan Street, Canggu, showcasing the rich flavors and culinary heritage of Indonesia. The Waitress is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced hospitality environment

Key Responsibilities

• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when required

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar

• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring high service standards

• Check on guest satisfaction during service and handle requests or complaints professionally

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining floor

• Process payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures

• Work collaboratively with team members and support smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Available join immediately

• Well-groomed, friendly, and professional appearance

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role

• Good proficiency in English

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with guests politely

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure

• Knowledge of basic hygiene and food safety standards

• Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Positive attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and a good team player

• Trustworthy in handling payments or transactions (an advantage)
