About the Role

• We’re looking for a Wallet Operations Specialist who’s excited to help shape how the Berikut. wave of users experience crypto. You’ll work cross‑functionally with teams across product, engineering, and brand to help us scale with purpose, fast.

In this role, you'll:

• Support building a new self‑custody wallet from scratch
• Research and compare existing web3 products and recommend user experience design based on industry best practices
• Formulate product requirements and user flows
• Liaise with external partners where necessary
• Contribute to and maintain high quality help center content and FAQs
• Monitor user feedback and wallet metrics to identify usability or safety pain points and feed insights into product improvements

You might be a fit if you;

• Having a keen interest in blockchain technology and ideally some Pertama hand experience with crypto/web3
• Solid understanding of how blockchain transactions work (addresses, networks, gas, confirmations) and the difference between custodial vs non‑custodial wallets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical wallet and security concepts to nontechnical users.
• Detail oriented, process driven, and comfortable working with ticketing tools and basic dashboards.
• Are passionate about building intuitive, user‑centered experiences
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, startup environment with shifting priorities
• Are genuinely curious about crypto/Web3 (you don’t need to be an expert — yet)
• Want to build something that matters, with people who care
