QualificationsD3/S1 in Administration, Automotive, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse/administrative functions.
Proficient in using computer, especially Microsoft Excel.
Familiar with inventory control procedures and practices.
Able to prepare receiving reports and check incoming/outgoing goods.
Good communication skills and able to work both independently and in a team.
Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
Available to join immediately / as soon as possible.
Conduct quality control for incoming materials and spare parts.
Manage receiving, storing, issuing, and recording all electric vehicle (EV motorcycle) spare parts and components.
Perform cycle counts and regular stock opname, and prepare daily/weekly warehouse stock reports.
Handle the receipt and issuance of spare parts for production and maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate stock records, both manually and in the system.
