Warehouse Manager - Manufacturing (Cikarang)

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and transform warehouse operations for a leading global manufacturing company that has large size of warehouses. This role requires strong expertise in digitalization and implementing integrated systems to drive operational excellence. You will report directly to an expatriate leader, so English communication skills are essential.

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and warehouse planning.

• Drive the transformation of warehouse operations through digitalization and integration of WMS/ERP systems.

• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance data (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements while promoting a strong safety culture.

• Build, train, and motivate warehouse teams to achieve high levels of efficiency and performance.

✔ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role.✔ Strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, and digital transformation projects.✔ Solid understanding of safety management and warehouse compliance.✔ Excellent English communication skills (must be able to work with expatriate leaders).✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and change management abilities.✔ Background in FMCG, e-commerce, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
