Key Responsibilities:

Quotation & Order Management

• Generate accurate product quotations (amount, type, etc.) for tenders and wholesale distribution.
• Collect and manage orders from E-Commerce and modern market channels, ensuring alignment with wholesale alLokasi plans.

Sales & Margin Analysis

• Review and analyze sales margins to ensure compliance with minimum Perusahaan margin requirements.
• Provide margin reports and recommendations to superiors for decision-making.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers across all concepts.
• Oversee product sales, delivery coordination, and returns to ensure smooth wholesale operations.
• Develop new customer accounts to expand wholesale business opportunities.

Buying & Product Coordination

• Prepare data and execute product buying from brands for wholesale customers.
• Collaborate with brand partners to secure product alLokasis and ensure timely order submissions.

Tradeshow & Buying Meetings

• Lead wholesale tradeshows and buying meetings to secure pre-bookings for future collections.
• Organize events end-to-end: booking venues, preparing catalogues, price lists, order forms, and invitations.
• Coordinate with P&D and A&P teams for marketing materials (stickers, dividers, displays).
• Collect and consolidate pre-booking orders, ensuring accurate submission to brand partners.

Reporting & Market Updates

• Prepare weekly booking and sales reports, submitting base data to management.
• Share updates on wholesale business developments, including customer and market insights.

Legal & Compliance

• Handle customer agreement letters in coordination with the legal division.
• Ensure compliance with Perusahaan policies and contractual obligations.

Team Leadership & Operations

• Manage the wholesale sales team, driving business development, sales performance, and payment collection.
• Monitor Sales Orders prepared by admin staff to prevent pricing errors or incorrect product shipments.
