• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and pricing
• Process purchase orders and ensure they are accurate and timely
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best value for the organization
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Mining/Plantation/Construction industry
• Having experience in contract negotiation and supplier management is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
• Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits and training
