Pendidikan:

Minimal D3 atau S1 di bidang Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3), Teknik Lingkungan, Teknik Industri, atau jurusan terkait.

Sertifikasi tambahan sangat membantu (misalnya: Ahli K3 Umum, HSE Certificate, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).

Pengalaman: minimal 1-3 tahun

Sertifikasi yang Umum Diminta:

Sertifikat Ahli K3 Umum dari Kemnaker

Sertifikasi First Aid, Fire Fighting, Defensive Driving (tergantung bidang).

Pelatihan HSE lainnya (misalnya SMK3, Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment).

Skill yang Diperlukan:

Pengetahuan mendalam tentang regulasi K3 dan lingkungan hidup.

Mampu membuat dan mengimplementasikan SOP K3L.

Mampu melakukan safety inspection, audit, dan investigasi kecelakaan kerja.

Keterampilan komunikasi dan presentasi yang baik (sering harus memberi safety induction).

Bisa mengoperasikan komputer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, kadang AutoCAD atau software HSE tertentu).

Soft Skills:

Teliti, tegas, dan punya leadership.

Peka terhadap potensi bahaya dan proaktif dalam pencegahan risiko.

Bahasa:

Mampu berbahasa Inggris (lisan & tulisan) sering kali jadi nilai tambah, terutama di perusahaan multinasional.
