This is an on-site role in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Duties, Responsibilities and Authority:

• Conduct user research, including user interviews or workshops, to identify user needs, pain points, problems, inefficiencies, opportunities, and insights, in order to inform product development and design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the product development process. This includes problem-solving, general testing and troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing.
• Create, prioritize, and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the timeline and key milestones for product releases and updates.
• Ensuring the timely execution of product development activities and adhering to established timelines and milestones, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet product launch deadlines and goals.
• Engaging and communicating with stakeholders, such development teams, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives. This includes regular reporting, updates, and presentations.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and other products to identify opportunities and potential threats, and adjust product strategies accordingly.
