Responsibilities:
- To monitor and review document completions and transactional quality for branches transactions.
- To ensure monthly reporting are delivered on timely manner
- To implement service quality program and continuously search for improvement to achieve a better service quality
- To coordinate the overall branchs image by ensuring the cleanliness / tidiness of banking hall and also professionalism of the staffs in delivering service to the customer
- To motivate and delegate duties to staffs in order the daily transaction processing are done effectively and efficient
- To encourage team work and open communication among staffs which is crucial in creating s good working relationship between departments to ensure smooth work flow/processing, including cross function, creating & maintaining conducive working environment.
- Establishing programs for staffs developments, task forces and trainings (including on the job training) in regards to their career development
- To act as AML Champions for the respective branch within The Banks AMLOC (Anti Money Laundering Oversight Committee) and asKYC and AML contact point for CBG business.
- To supervise and to provide guidance to staffs in performing their duties for the development of their performance and job awareness.
- Creating and review processes, workflows, service level agreements, guidelines.
- To develop and implement branch and sales health check in regularly manner
- As contact point for CBG business in term of branch processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Good understanding in banking operations
- Good understanding in applying principle of Know Your Customer and Anti Money Laundering
- Customer Service
- Strong Skills in management and leadership including motivational, interpersonal and problem solving
