Junior Associate

About the role

We are seeking a talented Junior Associate to join our dynamic team at Arruanpitu & Partners in South Jakarta. As a Junior Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality legal services to our clients in the areas of corporate and commercial law. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work alongside experienced legal professionals and contribute to the firms continued growth and success.

What youll be doing

• Assist with the drafting, reviewing and negotiating of commercial contracts and agreements

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support the firms corporate and commercial transactions

• Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand their legal needs and provide tailored solutions

• Collaborate with senior associates and partners on complex legal matters

• Stay up-to-date with changes in corporate and commercial law regulations and best practices

• Contribute to the development of the firms legal resources and knowledge management initiatives

What were looking for

• A law degree and admission to the Indonesian Bar Association

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, preferably gained at a reputable law firm

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex legal issues

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• A keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and legal developments

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a commitment to providing exceptional client service
