SALES ENGINEER / SALES MANAGER (GENSET)

Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and sell the companys products and services to targeted customers.

  2. Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.

  3. Actively pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.

  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.

  5. Provide excellent after-sales service, including handling customer feedback and complaints professionally.

  6. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals.

  7. Prepare and submit weekly sales reports and performance updates.

  8. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.

  2. Preferably a Salesperson with 5-6 years of experience in selling generator sets (both units and aftersales) within the Oil & Gas, Palm Oil, and Mining industries.

  3. Strong technical understanding and ability to present complex products or services clearly.

  4. Result-oriented, dynamic, and fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

  5. Professional appearance, self-initiated, and effective communicator.

  6. Able to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.

  7. Willing to work at our office in Kuningan, South Jakarta, and travel to project or client sites as needed.

  8. Salary will be considered commensurate with the candidates experience.
