Account Manager Enterprise
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team at ION Network. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth. This is a full-time position based in Bandung.
What youll be doing
Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to drive account growth and retention
Proactively identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to secure new clients
Understand and communicate client needs, pain points and goals to internal teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements
Provide excellent customer service and be the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests
Regularly report on account performance and identify areas for improvement
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and account plans
What were looking for
Minimum 1 years of experience in an account management or sales role, preferably in the sales and account management industry
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in MS Office applications
Bachelors degree or equivalent
