Procurement Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Procurement Officer to join the team at Adijaya Karya Makmur. In this full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient procurement of materials and services for our manufacturing and logistics operations.

What youll be doing

• Researching and sourcing suppliers to obtain the best quality materials and services at competitive prices

• Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions

• Monitoring and tracking the delivery of purchased goods and services to ensure timely fulfilment

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all procurement activities

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their procurement needs

• Identifying opportunities to optimize procurement processes and implement cost-saving measures

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations

What were looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably within the mining, EPC, construction industry.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to identify trends and make informed decisions

• Familiarity with procurement software and tools to streamline processes

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management or Logistics
