Tenant Relation

At Menara Sun Life, we believe that excellent service starts with genuine hospitality. We are looking for a Tenant Relation Officer who is passionate about creating a warm, responsive, and professional environment for our valued tenants. You will be the bridge between building management and tenants, ensuring communication flows smoothly and that all needs are addressed with care and efficiency.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner

• Foster strong, positive relationships with tenants through regular communication and personal visits

• Coordinate tenant events and engagement programs to enhance tenant satisfaction

• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, housekeeping, security) to ensure tenant requests are followed up and resolved

• Handle incoming tenant requests and complaints, ensuring follow-up and resolution in line with service standards

• Monitor and report on tenant satisfaction and suggest improvements where needed

• Ensure tenants are well-informed about building updates, events, and emergency procedures

• Support leasing and marketing teams by assisting with tenant onboarding and orientation

• Minimum D3/S1 in Hospitality, Communication, or related fields

• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or tenant relations (fresh graduates with strong service mindset are welcome to apply)

• Friendly, approachable, and proactive personality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
