About the role

PT Artha Nusantara Mining (part of NBT Coal) is seeking an Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team in South Jakarta. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and reporting support, contributing to the success of our company.

What were looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting will be advantaged

  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping, journal entries, and financial statements

  • Familiar with tax reports, including VAT and income tax such as PPh 21, PPh 23, and PPh 4(2)

  • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Sage, etc.) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities, deadlines, and work environments

  • Demonstrates strong moral principles and ethics with a commitment to transparency and honesty

What youll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of journal entries for all transactions such as purchases, sales, cash/bank, and expenses

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and report, including adjusting journal entries

  • Providing support for internal and external audits or other finance-related projects as needed

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies, and regulations
