Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

• Mengelola dokumen dan arsip proyek
• Mencatat notulen dan update file utama Tim Project.
• Memantau progres proyek dan membuat laporan.
• Membantu proses pengadaan dan administrasi keuangan.
• Menjadi penghubung antara tim, Tim Business Unit, dan kontraktor/vendor.

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Administrasi, Manajemen, Teknik, atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman kerja di bidang administrasi proyek (terutama dalam industri konstruksi, IT, atau manufaktur) adalah wajib.
• Menguasai Google Sheets and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Kemampuan organisasi dan komunikasi yang baik.
• Teliti dan mampu bekerja dalam tenggat waktu yang ketat.
