Overview: Quest seeks an experienced Sales Account Manager to drive solution value across Indonesia, through strategic sales development, account management, and partner enablement. The ideal candidate will leverage deep product knowledge to articulate Quests transformative impact while building and nurturing key stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities:- Execute strategic sales initiatives to meet revenue targets and develop a sustainable pipeline
- Orchestrate targeted sales campaigns leveraging company resources for maximum customer impact
- Spearhead demand generation activities to expand market opportunities
- Source, evaluate, and onboard strategic go-to-market partners
- Implement methodical sales execution strategies aligned with Quest Partner Program objectives
- Foster enduring partner relationships to capture market share and maintain competitive advantage
- Manage domestic travel requirements within Malaysia with occasional international engagement
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in software solutions
- Proven channel sales expertise with demonstrable partner management success
- Background in cybersecurity solutions sales (hardware/software/virtual/cloud) preferred
- Track record of closing transactions valued at USD $250,000+
- Proficient with Salesforce CRM platform
- Working knowledge of MEDDIPICC opportunity management methodology
- Demonstrated success in partner identification, recruitment, and enablement
- Proven ability to engage and influence economic decision-makers
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong English communication skills
- Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
