About the role

PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their team in West Kalimantan. In this contract role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and building strong relationships with customers. Your focus will be on driving sales growth and ensuring excellent customer service for the Tecno Indonesia brand.

What youll be doing

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, developing and implementing tailored sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on account activities and pipeline

    • What were looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management or sales role, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • A results-driven mindset and the drive to exceed targets
