Community Relations Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and executing community engagement strategies to build positive relationships with local communities

2. Identifying and nurturing partnerships with community organisations, non-profit groups, and local government

3. Organising and participating in community events, outreach programs, and public relations activities

4. Managing the community relations budget and monitoring the effectiveness of initiatives

5. Serving as the primary point of contact for community inquiries and feedback

6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align community relations activities with the overall business strategy

7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community engagement

Requirements :

1. Candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in any major

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in community relations, public affairs, or a similar field

3. Having Experience in the Mining, power plant, or smelter (refinery) industry is a plus

4. Excellent project management and event planning capabilities

5. Thorough understanding of local community dynamics and the ability to navigate complex social and political landscapes

6. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful community engagement initiatives

7. Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal

8. Degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
