Account Manager

Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of projects ensuring they are delivered on time
2. Responsible for the development and management of the project process
3. Manage client expectations and resolve issues promptly
4. Working alongside Account Director to develop actionable project plans
5. Develop clear and exciting briefs for creative in conjunction with the strategy
6. Maintaining a good understanding of the clients business and the major trends
7. Supervise day to day work of Account Executives

Qualifications :

1. Previous agency experience, minimum of 3 years, in branding/creative industry
2. Strong experience engaging, developing and retaining client relationships
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Excellent project management and financial planning skills
5. Logical, organized, eye for detail
6. Team-oriented within a framework of leadership
7. Energetic/enthusiastic and able to work on a fast pace environment
8. Proven ability in managing medium-large scale branding and design projects
