Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist with strong experience in import operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of goods across borders, while optimizing supply chain efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of international trade regulations, logistics coordination, and supply chain best practices, particularly in fast-paced industries like FMCG, manufacturing, or e-commerce.

• Manage end-to-end import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and government agencies to ensure timely delivery.

• Monitor and optimize inventory movement across local and international warehouses.

• Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

• Maintain accurate records for audits, licenses, and reporting.

• Analyze supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, warehouse, finance, and commercial teams.

• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management, with a strong focus on import operations.

• Hands-on experience with inventory control, warehouse processes, and international logistics coordination.

• Familiarity with customs regulations, incoterms, shipping documentation, and HS codes.

• Proven ability to coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs brokers.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

• Proficient in supply chain or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo) and MS Excel.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
