• Own the AR Process: Send Statement of Accounts (SOA) to clients, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely collections.
• Analyze & Report Financial Data: Maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and Unbilled Revenue reports to provide clear financial insights.
• Strengthen Client & Internal Relationships: Work closely with clients, account teams, and commercial teams to ensure seamless coordination and dispute resolution.
• Optimize Processes: Support BPO governance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Meet Tight Deadlines with Accuracy: Handle high-volume work under strict deadlines without compromising precision.

What Were Looking For:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 1-3 years of experience in AR or finance operations.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills to drive successful collections and client interactions.
• Detail-oriented & analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex financial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & financial reporting tools for accurate reporting.
• Proactive & adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
