• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of operating system, networking, database and IT Security.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for non-technical audiences.

Preferred:

• Experience with client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure technologies.
