Job Description

• Manage and oversee daily operations of accounting department and prepare Financial Statements Consolidation report on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

• Prepare and submit financial report and the analysis accurate in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines for internal, BEI / OJK.

• Ensuring compliance with all statuory accounting (preferably understand PSAK 73), external Auditor, OJK, and Tax Compliance.

• Manage and laise with Auditors, IT, BEI & OJK.

• Develop, implement and review all strategic SOP and policy-related with finance and accounting that work to minimize financial risk.

• Review reconciliations of all significant account balances including bank accounts, bank loans, fixed assets, deposits, and payables.

• Understand key concepts of taxation (i.e tax return, corp income tax, WHT tax, and tax planning).

• Actively review and advice on accounting process.

• Prepare financial reports on projection for addressing business units financial reporting related inquires and ensuring that changes in repoting have been accounted for properly in the financial statements.

• Manage all accounting & finance activities.

Qualification

• 10 years experience of relevant work in Accounting/Finance/Budgeting. 

• Experience with technical accounting research and documentation preferred.

• Accuracy, precision, and the capacity to evaluate large volumes of data.

• Excellent knowledge of financial accounting reporting systems and software tools. Proven track record in meeting deadline. 

• Understanding and build a detailed personal knowledge of regulations, accounting principles, practices, law, and standards. 

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially Ms. Excel and Mr. PowerPoint.
