Accounting Staff

We are hiring for our client needs, placement = Kemayaran, Central Jakarta

Responsibilities:

1. Independent tax filing and invoicing

2. Check the completeness of documents related to financial transactions.

3. Maintain system records and documentation for all accounts payable transactions.

4. Monitor and manage accounts payable aging to ensure timely payment of invoices.

5. Provide supporting documentation for audits.

6. Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, approval, and payment in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

1. Minimum education of Bachelors degree majoring in Tax/Management/Accounting/Statistics

2. min 2-3 years working expierence as accoutant,shipping /freight forwarding industry peferred. 

3. Understand the features of Excel, SAP, Powerpoint or Canvas, Good command of Excel.

4. Fluent in English both oral and written (Mandatory)
