Accounting Staff

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Staff to supports the financial operations of the company by overseeing accounting functions, managing financial records, and ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Inventory, AP, Accrual, Fixed Asset, and GL processes, ensuring completeness, accuracy and efficiency

• Monitor and reconcile balance sheet account

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings

• Support budgeting and financial reporting for multiple entities

• Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation and information

• Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and improve financial processes

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• 3+ years of finance/accounting experience

• Experience managing stock takes, inventory management, costing, and general expenses

• Experience in retail and distribution industry is preferred

• Strong background in financial reporting, variance analysis, and operational finance

• Proficiency in Excel, Accurate or other ERP systems, inventory and financial management software.

• Domicile in Medan, North Sumatra
