Accounting Tax Manager at Manufacturing company

Job Descriptions:

Assisting and checking journalize transaction input by Accounting Staff

-Handling and checking production expenses, COGS

-Handling Inventory for Material, WIP & Finish Goods and others

-Supervise and control report for accrue, advance, suspense and prepaid transactions

-Supervise and assist sales report for detail

-Monitoring and coordinating with other section for monthly closing process

-Review AP & AR, Journal Voucher

-Control for schedule payment AP to vendor

-Prepare and control month and year and closing

-Prepare financial statement PL & BS

-Prepare budgeting, forecast and actual report

-Support internal and external auditor requirement

-Other assignment by superior

Requirement:

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting / Finance / Tax

- At least 5 years of experiences on FAT as Ass. Manager or Manager at MFG company

- In-depth knowledge of local accounting, tax laws and regulations

- Experience in:

a. preparing budgeting, forecasting, and actual vs. plan reports

b. tax calculation (PPh21 (Op & Badan), PPh22, 23, 25, 26, 4 (2), PPN, PPh Badan, etc), handled internally without external consultants

c. financial reporting & financial statement: journal entries, AP/AR, general ledger, monthly & yearly closing, P/L, B/S, etc

d. COGS, production expenses, and inventory (raw materials, WIP (Work-In-Progress), finished goods, etc)

e. Accurate accounting software, Ms. Office especially Excel

f. monitor, check, and assist in preparing detailed sales reports and coordinate with related departments for monthly closing

- English skill intermediate level
