Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1.      Prepare and control production plans according to customer needs.

2.      Follow up internal production and subcontractors.

3.      Evaluate subcontractor performance with QA and Production teams.

4.      Check material availability to fulfill customer orders.

5.      Can manage a project as a project leader

6.      Making goal target of the project of the schedule

7.      Holding a preview meeting including with the other division

8.      Can do all PIC job and educate them to PICs. 

Persyaratan Khusus

1. Have experience in PPIC for at least 3 years in a manufacturing company.
2. Minimum education D3 in Management, Engineering, or related fields.
3. Preferably domiciled in Karawang.
4. Can join as soon as possible (August 2025) and not currently working.
5. Have effective communication skills
6. Have good leadership
7. Business understanding
8. Relationship management and applying principle of professional practice at work
9. Fluent in English both spoken and written
10. Able to operate computers, especially Ms. Office (Ms. Access, Ms. Excel, etc.)
11. Able to compile and control Production Plan (daily and monthly).
