Organization Develoment Officer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Psychology or HR Management

• Minimum 1 year of experience as OD (preferably in a manufacturing company)

• Good understanding of competency development & performance management

• Familiar with HRIS, workload analysis, and appraisal tools

• Experience in employee engagement or culture-related activities

• Strong English communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage projects well

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data for competency and performance development

• Assist in job review and workload analysis

• Support employee appraisal processes

• Help in organizational structure and role changes

• Coordinate culture awareness and engagement events

• Prepare reports and manage OD program documents
