Sales Heavy Equipment / Truck
Responsibilities:
Market and promote heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, and vibros, focusing on the mining sector.
Achieve sales targets that have been determined by management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding business networks and acquiring new customers.
Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities to develop innovative, competitive, and profitable sales strategies.
Ensure the confidentiality of all client projects and business transactions.
Manage the sales process from closing deals to ensuring payments are completed.
Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities.
Identify and approach potential customers based on the existing database.
Monitor sales progress and create monthly reports.
Job Requirement:
Minimum Diploma degree in any field, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of proven sales experience in heavy equipment/truck industry.
Preferably have strong, well-established connections in the mining, agriculture, or forestry sectors.
Proactive and results-driven sales professional with strong negotiation and persuasion skills, a quick learner who adapts to market trends and innovations.
English proficiency is a plus.
