Secretary Commissioner
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a secretary, executive assistant, or personal assistant.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support:
Manage and maintain the executives calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Draft, proofread, and handle business correspondence and reports.
Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
2. Office Administration:
Organize and maintain files, documents, and records in an orderly manner.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and internal communications.
Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Support team administrative needs when required.
3. Personal & Private Assistance:
Handle personal scheduling, appointments (e.g. medical, family-related), and travel arrangements.
Manage household-related tasks such as vendor coordination, bill payments, or property matters.
Run personal errands as requested, including online purchases, reservations, or courier arrangements.
Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity regarding all personal and private matters.
