Admin Manager
JD Admin Manager KGH:
1. First Point of Contact in the Office2. Responsible for the complete functioning of day to day activities. (Internal Coordination with the all the restaurant branches)3. To Monitor the daily movement of All incomings and Outgoings4. Responsible for the complete equipment and its functionality as in laptops , Desktops , Printers , Air conditioners to coordinate.5. Follow up and complete the tasks for assigned paper work and queries.6. Efficient productive interactions on mails and telephone.7. Maintain physical soft copy of records and files and correspondence.9. Monitor staff attendance and movement with record of absenteeism , late-ins , early - exits and adherence to lunch timings in the office.10. Check on traveling staff for their annual leaves or work , sick leaves & absent leaves.11. Monitor Stationary, Pantry , housekeeping supplies and IT purchases.12. Arrange for pest control, follow up on water filter, AMCs etc.13. Maintain accurate petty cash balance with supporting expense.14. Building and maintaining relationships with the managers and vendors.15. Works closely with finance team on internal office budgets, ensure all projects are duly tagged to appropriate codes and costs allocated accordingly.16. Keep a tab on all administrative expenses.17. Design , Develop , implement various admin processes and systems related to office and asset management , insurance and travel management , cost management, safety and security , stock inventory management and system compliances and program and project management.18. Event Management - Training and workshop coordination.19. Compliances to office administration like drafting rental agreements , property tax , insurances (people and property etc)20. Outbound calls for vendors and clients.
Skills:: Good Practical Experience with Computer advance level knowledge .: Good organizing and time management skill.: Good communication & presentation skills.:Eye for detail.: Relationship Management.: Being adaptable and flexible for change in plan/request - Should be able to consider for any last-minute change in plan/ request.: Negotiating skills - Bargaining and find similar service/ product that provides value for money.has context menu
