ADMIN SALES (CABANG BALI)

1. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.

2. Liaise with the Logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.

3. Maintain and update sales and customer records.

4. Develop monthly sales reports.

5. Reporting Sales daily, weekly, & monthly to Branch Manager & National Sales Manager

6. Other job decs will be disscused.

7. As Sales Counter at ZEN Showroom to service walking customer (B2C)

8. As Sales to Offer Product to restock to our Distributor

9. As Live Streaming Host to lead on Our E-Commerce Channel Account (Shopee live) twice a week

Note :

• Possessed Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relation or related field

• Min 1-2 years of experience as Sales & Marketing Admin

• Softskill : Multitasking, Time Management, Data & detail-oriented

• Hardskill : familiarity to ERP System & Ms. Office (At least Intermediate in Ms. Excel)

• Willing to join as soon as possible

• Willing to work in 6 days a week
