Sous Chef

Role: Senior Sous Chef / Head Cook

🕐 Full-time | 💰 Salary above the UMR (Upah Minimum Regional) for Badung regency | ✨ Service charge paid on top of salary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day kitchen operations

  • Manage weekly inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships

  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times

  • Support training and development of junior cooks

  • Ensure consistency in food quality and plating

  • Work closely with the GM on prep planning and menu refinement

What Were Looking For:
  • 3-5 years experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1-2 years in a senior role

  • Strong kitchen organisation, hygiene, and prep knowledge

  • Good communication skills and ability to lead a small team

  • Passion for cooking and commitment to high standards

  • Calm under pressure and efficient with time and stock
