Sous Chef
🕐 Full-time | 💰 Salary above the UMR (Upah Minimum Regional) for Badung regency | ✨ Service charge paid on top of salary
Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day kitchen operations
Manage weekly inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Support training and development of junior cooks
Ensure consistency in food quality and plating
Work closely with the GM on prep planning and menu refinement
3-5 years experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1-2 years in a senior role
Strong kitchen organisation, hygiene, and prep knowledge
Good communication skills and ability to lead a small team
Passion for cooking and commitment to high standards
Calm under pressure and efficient with time and stock
Competitive salary (above UMR Badung, based on experience)
