Job Description
  • Review and analyze SKBDN & Letter of Credit (LC) requirements from each customer
  • Create and prepare document for SKBDN and Letter of Credit (LC) negotiation based on the requirement (invoice, Faktur Pajak, and other related document required)
  • Prepare daily bounded zone document (SKBDN)
  • Submit document to Bank
  • Follow up and monitoring negotiation process until payment from Bank
  • Compile and manage all Letter of Credit (LC) and SKBDN document
  • Improve database management of AR document
  • Prepare domestic invoice and tax invoice for Cash Before Delivery (CBD) payment method and Delivery Base
  • Prepare daily bounded zone document (Cash)
  • Deliver invoice and tax invoice to customer
  • Provide monthly list Faktur Pjak Summary
Minimum Qualifications
  • Diploma 3 of Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, are preferable
  • Have good knowledge in SKBDN, Letter of Credit (LC), Invoice, Tax
  • Have experience 2-3 years in handling SKBDN, Letter of Credit (LC), Invoice, Tax
  • Able to communicate in English, speaking and writing report, is a must. Proven with English Certification.
  • Have a good skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Have good communication skill
  • Have experience in administrative works
