SAP MDG (Master Data Governance)
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
SAP certifications (especially in MDG, S/4HANA, or relevant modules) are preferred.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) for domains like Material, Vendor, Customer, and Finance.
Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA platforms.
Experience with MDG Data Modeling: Creating and customizing data models (MM, BP, FI).
Experience in minimal 3 cycle with SAP MDG
Workflow Configuration: Business Rules Framework plus (BRF+), SAP Business Workflow.
Data Quality Management: Rules, validations, derivations.
Integration technologies SOA/Web Services, ALE/IDoc, RFCs, and PI/PO.
SAP Data Services (BODS) or other ETL tools for data migration and mass uploads.
Familiarity with Fiori apps for MDG (in S/4HANA environments).
Deep understanding of master data lifecycle and business processes related to Materials, Customers, Vendors, and Financial entities.
Capable of designing governance strategies and approval workflows aligning with business compliance requirements.
Able to lead data migration strategy and cleansing activities.
Experience leading end-to-end SAP MDG implementations.
Proficiency in project lifecycle activities: requirement gathering, blueprinting, testing (SIT, UAT), training, and go-live.
Post-go-live support and change request handling.
Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Project management experience or agile delivery experience is a plus.
3-8+ years of experience in SAP MDG and master data management.
Consulting or client-facing experience is preferred, especially for roles involving implementation projects.
