Administration Support Coordinator
The Core Objectives:
1. Handling CLM project
2. Administration Support (pln, chemical, overtime,etc)
3. Budget administration
Education & Experience:
Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelors degree (S1) in Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 1 years of experience in an administrative or coordination support role.
Experience working in a fast-paced office environment is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with document management systems and proper filing practices (both physical and digital).
Able to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle email correspondence efficiently.
Experience with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Trello, or Asana is an advantage.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Detail-oriented, organized, and good at time management.
Proactive, disciplined, and service-minded attitude.
