AI Developer Specialist

AI Developer Specialist has the responsibility to design, build, and implement artificial intelligence models and systems that support our business goals. You will be responsible for developing machine learning pipelines, integrating AI solutions into applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI capabilities.

Job Description:. Design, develop, and implement machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), and natural language processing (NLP) models.. Build AI applications and services using tools like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.. Lead end-to-end AI development lifecycle: data collection, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.. Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to integrate AI models into production environments.. Optimize algorithms for performance, accuracy, and scalability.. Analyze large datasets to extract insights and identify opportunities for automation or augmentation.. Integrate AI models into applications using appropriate APIs, frameworks, and platforms.. Stay updated on the latest AI/ML research, tools, and trends to ensure the team applies cutting-edge techniques.. Ensure model explainability, fairness, and compliance with data regulations (Comply with policy and Indonesian law, especially UU ITE).

Requirement:. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field.. Experience with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, or reinforcement learning.. Experience with data annotation tools and synthetic data generation.. Experience working with datasets and data analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).. 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.. Proficiency in Python and major AI/ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes).. Strong knowledge of model evaluation, tuning, and deployment.. Eagerness to learn and grow in the AI/ML domain.
