We Are Hiring: Project ArchitectLocation: Bali (Only Bali-based candidates will be considered first)

Were looking for a talented Project Architect to join our team. Youll collaborate directly with the Interior Design team from concept to site execution, with a strong focus on:

  • Architectural Drawings

  • Structure Drawings

  • MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Drawings

  • Layout, 3D Design, Masterplan & Site Plan

  • Exterior / Façade Design

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture or design consultancy.

  • Strong in residential & hospitality projects (100-500 sqm).

  • Skilled in full design development (layout, 3D, facade, structure, MEP, landscape).

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, Corona/Lumion/Enscape/D5, and other design tools.

  • Good sense of design and material knowledge.

  • Familiar with construction process on site.

  • Active English (spoken & written).

  • Undesrtand the BIM software.

  • Strong in client communication and presentation.

  • Must include a portfolio link (especially showing your 3D and rendering work)
