Area Manager

Overview:

Drive revenue growth and business development across all clinics within the assigned area through effective marketing strategies, strong team leadership, and optimized patient-centered services.

Roles:

• Responsible for achieving revenue targets, increasing new patient acquisition, and maintaining cost efficiency across all branches in the area.

• Design and execute local marketing strategies to enhance clinic visibility and attract new patients.

• Analyze branch performance data (revenue, patient visits, retention) and develop improvement plans based on insights.

• Manage and lead branch teams, including Branch Supervisors, Front Office staff, and Dental Assistants.

• Provide guidance, coaching, and regular performance evaluations to ensure team contribution aligns with business goals.

• Oversee the implementation of promotional programs, featured services, and relevant community engagement initiatives.

• Maintain strong team engagement across branches to ensure motivation, collaboration, and growth focus.

• Coordinate with head office departments (HR, marketing, finance) to align strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution on the ground.

• Build and maintain external relationships that support patient growth, such as with local communities, partners, and referral sources.

• Ensure high service quality is maintained across clinics while supporting the achievement of business and marketing objectives.

Requirement:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in multi-branch management, with proven success in driving revenue and team development

• Strong background in marketing execution and business analysis (preferably in dental, healthcare, retail, or F&B industries)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Willing to travel and possesses strong market insight across different regions
