Assistant Relationship Manager (Taiwanese Business)
About the role
PT Bank CTBC Indonesia is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Relationship Manager to join our team. In this full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, you will provide exceptional administrative and client support to our Relationship Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales efforts and client relations.
What youll be doing
To assist Relationship Manager in handling day-to-day transactions and administrative i.e. account opening process, documents collection/filing, facility activation and facility utilization.
To monitor principal and interest payment via periodic tracking and send reminder to the Customer.
To assist other supporting department such as back office, bills, credit or loan administration, etc in delivering services to customer i.e. Time deposit placement, other banking transaction, remittance, loan disbursement/repayment, L/C issuing or negotiation.
What were looking for
Min. Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or other relevant discipline
Min. 1 year experience in Banking or related industry
Have basic concepts of banking products such as lending, funding, trade and treasury products would be an advantage
Good English comprehension in listening, writing and speaking is a must
Good Mandarin comprehension in listening, writing and speaking would be an advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skill
